hello everyone i have problem i have try everything to get my game going but for no reason everytime i wanted to change the gender to male to female the game crash many time!! so i was thinking maybe there some mods are causing the game to crash so i use loot and TES5Edit to clean i thought it would work nope!! so i saw this i'm not sure what is this can anyone help me!!

Well, I looked up Lioa and it is a Chinese word refering to a dynasty (the all knowing and correct wikipedia). Using TesVedit, load all of your mods and filter for conflicts to see which one is doing that.
