Live another life mod help

So I recently modded my skyrim and decided to use live another life as part of it. I proceeded to chose a thieves guild beginning completed that then moved on to the dawnguard quest line and recently completed that and now I decided to begin the main quest line where my problem begins. So I visited Helen then proceeded to River wood but when I get to Whiterun even though I have already visited th e place it was removed from my map and the guards aren't there at the doors to speak to the make my way in and the door is locked. Any ideas on how to sort this would be greatly appreciated.
