MasterAckrovan
Technically there is only one "guild" in that it's calls itself a guild, which is the Thieves guild. Off the top of my head The Companions in Whiterun for warrior-orientated characters. The College of Winterhold in (surprise surprise) Winterhold for the Mages. The Thieves Guild, or what's left of it, in Riften.Dark Brotherhood, haven't found it yet though so I don't know where it specifically is, or at least where the sanctuary's are.The Imperial Legion or the Stormcloak rebels. The Blades or the Greybeards. The Bards College in Solitude. You can also align yourself with 5 of the Jarls and become their Thanes. Iv000
And to answer your second question.Yes, you can destroy a guild. Besides the civil war, where one of the sides will be defeated. You can also choose to destroy the Dark Brotherhood. I do not recommend you do this on your first playthrough, it is only a go in and kill all mission. The Blades are a part of the MQ.
