I'd love to see the Winchester Liberator quad-barrel break-action shotgun in FO4 - the MK2 specifically would really fit the game's pre-war military aesthetic, with its slightly rounded retrofuturistic design and green colouring. Here's a couple of pics but also watch the Forgotten Weapons video it's interesting and gives more angles plus an explanation of the mechanism.

Yeah that wasnt the Grease Gun, But a Grease Gun would still be cool as hell, I wish They would had addd it to the game and other 1930s-1960s weapons.

Well here is what I have so far, only been like 20 or 30 mins so I should have this done within the day.

 

Edit: Added a crude texture to barrel, added detail, some rescaling.
