Can't get most mods to work

I've downloaded probably upwards of a dozen mods now and I can't seem to get most of them to work using either the NMM or script extender. I have the steam version of Skyrim, which I originally thought would be a problem until the script extender was indicated to work ONLY for that version. Regardless only one or two of the mods I've downloaded seem to work at all, those being a player home and maybe a body replacer for males. I'll list the mods I'm using (or trying to use I suppose) and any help that anyone could offer would be appreciated.

Archmage Robe Replacement

Better Beast Races

Better Males GeonoxFaces

Caliente Female Body

High Quality Map

High Quality Ghost

INPC Expansion Pack

Overlook Tower

Quality World Map All Roads

If you have your game installed to the Program Files folder the Windows UAC can interfere with mods. If so move your game to somewhere on your C:\ directory.

I'm sorry but nothing changed. I move the entire Skyrim folder from the steamapps\common directory to the base C:\ so it was C:\Skyrim and the only mod that worked was the Overlook tower mod. I had to use the Skyrim script extender to launch the game as using the NMM would cause steam to say the game is unavailable. Skyrim UI is immediately identifiable as not working while the male body replacer is the only one I can visibly see changed.

First off, here's my general post on UAC with full instructions on how to get around it:

If you're on Vista/7, Steam (and therefore Skyrim) is installed in the default (C:\Program Files) location, and you're having problems with replacers or simply mods (plugins) not working at all, even though you've activated them in NMM, or mods refusing to deactivate, even though all of their files have been removed, then you most likely have a UAC problem. It is possible to turn off UAC though it's not recommended for the vast majority of Windows users. To get around UAC without turning it completely off you'll need to move Steam to a location UAC does not affect (C:\Games\ is a commonly used location). This will most likely break any 3rd party utilities such as NMM as it will leave old registry keys behind that point to the location you originally installed Skyrim in. If you come across this issue, you'll have to uninstall Skyrim, clean the old registry keys, reboot, then reinstall Skyrim. I personally recommend using Revo Uninstaller as if you uninstall Skyrim through it, it will automatically scan for and ask if you'd like to delete old registry keys. If you're interested in keeping your old mods, config files, and/or saved games, tips found in Bben's Oblivion Reinstall Procedure work for Skyrim as well.

Steam can't find your \Skyrim\ folder anymore because you moved it and left old registry keys behind that point Steam to the wrong location.

I personally advise you to try a manual install at least once so you can learn to verify NMM's installations. It's still in Beta and more than one person has ran into issues where NMM wouldn't install mods properly if you downloaded them through it. Just about any mod you download should include a readme with manual installation instructions and I can verify that SkyUI and Quality World Map With Roads both have them. You will need a program to handle extracting the archives and 7zip is the most recommended. It's free and available here on the Nexus. (A note on the map with roads mod, it's a texture replacer that replaces the games vanilla map texture. It cannot be used simultaneously with High Quality Map as they both replace the same textures, it's one or the other in this instance.)

After you've manually installed these two mods, if they still don't show in your game, and you're sure that they've been placed in the right directories (most files out there at the moment belong in \Skyrim\Data\textures\...\ as they're just texture replacers and that's where the game looks for them, SkyUI will put files in a few different directories, but I believe \Skyrim\Data\ is the common root for all of it's resources as well), try activating/resetting Archive Invalidation in NMM. If that doesn't help post back here.

Edit: Also, that ENBseries version you named is very, very old. I recommend using either v0096 if you're just interested in bugfixes or v0102 if you're interested in graphical enhancement with bugfixes. The latter version can have a huge impact on your FPS. These are both available here on Boris's own ENBseries website.
