shuriken88
First off let me say BS is a great tool (for obvious reasons!) but its time to get these issues sorted. Now, I'm comfortable with the process of DL'ing a mod, selecting my custom BS preset then batch building it onto any new outfits but does anyone know if theres a way to make the process less convoluted? What I mean is: When you batch build, you have an absolutely insanely huge list of boxes to either tick or leave unticked (depending on the situation) and this can tend to get seriously confusing and messy, causing you to miss things out or tick the wrong things, skip past important warnings because you're faced with 60+ overwrite warnings one after the other (way too many for a human to read 1 by 1). You can't even tick multiple boxes at once so the process can sometimes take forever and a day. Thanks to anyone who knows how to make Bodysliding a quicker, tidier and more intuitive process. I already like this a lot but with smoother operation it'd be even better! Edited December 16, 2016 by shuriken88
Jeir
All the information you need is on the Bodyslide mod page/stickies/wiki. If something isn't there, post on the BodySlide mod page where Ousnius can actually see it.Tried using the GroupFilter to decrease the number of outfits? shuriken88
No I haven't tried that, I'll look into groups. When I saw the groups interface I felt a bit overwhelmed so I closed it and haven't opened it since lol.
gamefever
Groups are not always used unfortunately, but the purpose of "Groups" is so that a mod Author can present his/her entire mod in a group so that you wont have to rebuild your entire library each time you download another outfit. Examples of Groups, Vanilla OutfitsVanilla ArmorFarharbor Armor And OutfitsFarharbor Armor PartsNsk13 Shorts and Tops Now like I said there are mods that don't even have a proper group assigned....This is where it gets to be a real problem and from what I can tell there are a ton of people putting up Bodyslide Slider Sets without a group assignment. So all the stuff that doesn't have an assignment goes into a group called "Unassigned" <---Go figure. Groups are the explicit purpose of exactly what you asked for in your Original Post. The trouble is that there are a whole lot of mods for Bodyslide that are not using an assignment.I have no idea why and no idea why people don't say as much on those mods in the comment section but as an author of numorous Bodyslides myself for Skyrim, well that's stuff I notice right away. shuriken88
Thanks for the detailed explanation, thats exactly what I was hoping for, just a nice, well explained answer! The Vanilla CBBE pack has a ton of items so I'll look into using their group next time I rebuild the presets/outfits.
