A gold and diamond circlet that ups your magicka to 1000, a gold and diamond ring to up your stamina to 1000 (and your carrying weight if possible) and a gold and diamond necklace that ups your health to 1000. This way I can wear whatever suits my character at the time without having to worry about armor ratings. This was a rather simple request so I was going to go through and do this for you, however there isn't a Gold Diamond Circlet, only Gold Emerald and Gold Ruby Circlets, however there are Gold Diamond Rings and Amulets. Creating an item that has those stats is rather simple, however creating a completely new item is a bit more difficult. As such if you'd rather wait until someone can make the completely new item for the game I understand, however if you would like to choose a different Circlet I can go ahead and add the stats you would like to it. Additionally if you would prefer not to take up all of those slots I could do something like putting all three enchantments on one item, such as a Gold Diamond Ring with +1,o0o to Magicka/Health/Stamina/Carrying Capacity. I'm assuming, however this isn't something you want since I'm guessing you wanted to have a theme going on. Again just let me know and if I'm able to help I will. Note if you only care about being insanely brokenly overpowered you could just toggle god mod (tgm in console).
