If someone knows I would like to know the following things:

1 how to add new custom presets for lips , eyebrows and eyes ( so I can create a customized set for Schwartzy look )

2 How do create a tattoo layer over the body so to create alpha mask of tattoo painting for the nacked body

3 How to create a possible extra new Race to hold all those elements in ?

This has the tools you'll need to import/export morphs. You'll probably need to use the 010 hex editor, I can't remember how much functionality the standalone apps have.

The morphs are stored in *headchargen.tri files, and it looks like the morph scale multiplier is a constant value of 124. (I think oblivion/fallout files used the value actually stored for this, it's been a while, but that doesn't matter anyway.) I'm waiting on the CK to delve into this further, since the plugin dictates which morphs a given race uses. So we can create new morphs, but not actually use them right now. Unless the esm/esp editors have all that decoded, I haven't looked at those tools yet.

For texture mods like tattoos, it's pretty basic, just white RGB images that act like alpha overlays. Take a look at the vanilla assets to see how they're set up and named.
