please, need help with combined levelled list

I used to be able to figure anything out about skyrim or modding it alone, with ease. A few weeks ago I had a brain aneurysm, and now even simple things are challenging for me. I have been trying for a few days now to make a combined levelled list for SSE (something I used to do with ease) but can no longer figure it out..at the sake of my pride, can anyone explain it to me? I would truly appreciate it, its hard for me to concentrate now and I just cant figure it out.

Do you have any editing programs installed like Wrye Bash or SSEEdit?

I have wyre bash, I cant get it to do anything but look for oldrim though :( Thank you for responding.

The current wyre bash that was meant for SEE got taking down from the nexus site for some unknown reason. :confused:

 

You may find some information about how the vanilla version could work if you google it.

Well that makes me feel better for not getting wrye bash to work, I didnt know it wasnt compatible with SE, thanks everyone, and thanks quicksilverva for the copy of the SE version :)

I don't know how much progress they've made since it was on the SSE nexus, but when I got wrye bash for SSE, I had to manually unpack the English strings for it to work, and put them in the right file path, in the data folder.
