Random CTDs, please nexus gods hear my prayer

I keep getting random CTDs sometimes during battle,sometimes when I'm wondering outside and sometimes when I pause the game,I can barely play 1 hour straight without crash

As I remember I didn't have issues before SKSE mods

Here is some info:

Winddows 8

Intel core i5-2300 CPU

RAM: 8gb

total available video memory:4864 mb

dedicated video memory: 1024 mb

Video card: Radeon R7 250

Change ReservedMemorySizeMb=128 to ReservedMemorySizeMb=256 in your enblocal.ini

skyrim has a mod limit.. any script heavy mods will crash the game, i get them too. so you need to get rid of the mods that do not really do anything but "look good"
