CTD whenever trying to load save or new game. Starts after hours of playing.

I am at a loss but this is the second time this happened and ruined a playthrough. I figured at the first time I was running too many mods and deleted a bunch and then clean reinstalled the game and all mods, and boom .. here we are again after almost 20 hours of play with a much lighter load list and its started up again. Does anyone have a guess whats going on? This is seriously stressing me out.

 

AMD Phenom II X4 3.2 gig, with a Geforce GTX 750 TI 2gig, and 16 gig of ram. (I really don't think its my system)

 

My load order is set by LOOT and reports no errors. And heres my load order...

I really hope someone can help. This is so frustrating! Never had this issue on my first couple playthroughs with almost all the same mods.

You most likely need to clear the save of scripts. Look for a script cleaner in the Nexus mods database.

Also check the load order in NMM yourself. LOOT does not always get it right....

That's because no one has made a save game script cleaner for Fallout yet. Are you unable to open any of your saved games or just the most recent one? You also CTD when trying to start a new game? Have you added any of those mods very recently? Is the CTD happening every time or just some of the time?

Yes. You'd be surprised at what that can fix. Followers that decide to turn off their AI in the middle of combat for no reason at all, my character having a weapon swap glitch and the odd time my current save just refuses to load. Dying solves a lot of problems :D
