ghosu
Hi Well to get more specific i created a new thread without all that Cinema 4D stuff 'cause i'm really getting mad atm. I uninstalled my old Nifskope because i got error messages and missing blocks when importing meshes, downloaded new versions and now it doesn't work any more: http://666kb.com/i/c04uprfletm2rgf54.jpg I'm using this xml: https://github.com/throttlekitty/nifxml And already tried 'bout 10 different versions of nifskope, always the same 2 errors... Any ideas before i get mad? greetings

Sunnie
You could share what you found so others that might be having the same problem don't tear their hair out trying to solve it!
throttlekitty
The issue currently comes from using nif.xml from either my or Amorilia's fork with anything other than Amorilia's alpha builds. Something I hope to resolve soon. The best option is currently 1.1.0 RC4:http://sourceforge.net/projects/niftools/files/nifskope/1.1.0/RC4 does currently have an ignorable error when saving a .nif; it will complain that a LightingShaderProperty is an invalid link from a TriShape. ghosu
My error was...there are releases of Nifskope out there, that already support Skyrim nifs...and i replaced the already working nif.xml with the version you only need for the unsupported nifskope version. So it got f*cked up :D Seems to be that was throttle mentioned, i really don't know much about the different versions ;)
throttlekitty
Most of the time, moving up NifSkope or nif.xml versions is painless, but there are hiccups now and again. :)
