Spinning Intro Cart Bug reintroduced in SSE 1.3

Hey you guys,

 

So, to start it all off I had this bug happen in the into sequence since v1.1 with Realistic Ragdolls and Force, XPSSE, and Opening City Overhaul. Turned on FPS cap on both Catalyst (as well as vsync) and Rivatuner which didn't help. What finally fixed it was Cart Carriage Havok Patch for SOS and other Mods by UniqueOne.

 

Now, since I've updated SSE to v1.3 it's made it's way back into the game. Tried all the above fixes (even reinstalled the havok patch unsing NMM in case one of my mods had overwritten) as well as running FNIS again... no such luck.

If anyone has suggestions for a fix that I already haven't tried that'd be F@$!ing awesome! Otherwise, it's back to 1.2 which sucks cause I really wanted to try out Don't Push Me While I'm Talking - SSE Plugin by Utopium and their plugin loader.

Fixed with Prisoner cart fix by kaliban71 (SMIM version)

Just install alternate start to just skip the annoying intro scene and go straight into the meat of the game.

Thanks but I'm already using Opening Scene Overhaul which is incompatable with Alternate Start. Anyways I found a fix... see second post,
