LFact
If you want to transfer your saved character face to NPC, you can use Wrye Bash to do it.

yusukenl
thanks, I installed Wyre Bash, I don't quite get the instruction on its website • Importing Non-standard Eyes/Hair • Ordinarily, bash will only import eyes and hair that come from Oblivion.esm or the mod itself. However, it is possible to access eyes and hair from other mods with a little work.• First, convert the source cosmetic esp to an esm. (On the mods tab of Bash, use the "Copy to Esm" function.)• Now, open your face library esp in the construction set, but be sure to also load the new cosmetic esm. Then save (this will add the cosmetic esm to the master list of the face library esp).• Next, go to the save, right-click on the cosmetic esp in the list of masters on the right side of the window, select "Change to...", and then select the esm version. (Here, you're switching the dependency from the esp to the esm version.) Then save.• Now go back to the mods tab and import the face. The eyes/hair should now be imported.• In short, Bash will only import eyes/hair if the eyes/hair come from an esm if the esp already has access (i.e., is dependent on) that esm. I don't understand the 3rd and 4th points, coz I only have a .ess file for the face files which need Ren's package. And a .esp for the companion modSo how do I open my face library esp in the construction set
bben46
Get it here: http://wrye.ufrealms.net/It has an explanation of what it is and what it does on the same page that you download it from. It is not a mod, but a separate program that has some of the functions of OBMM plus some other functions, such as importing faces. Follow the install instructions exactly. Edit: yusukenl posted at the same time, with much of the same info.

LFact
When Wrye Bash imports save file face to plugin, it creates dummy NPC named sg(Race)(Name). You have to copy the face from that NPC, then paste it to your companion. 1. Open plugin with CS.2. Look for dumped NPC whose id may be sg(Race)(Name). 3. Double click the NPC, then go to 'Face Advanced' tab.4. You can see two buttons, 'Copy' and 'Paste'. Click 'Copy' to copy the NPC's face.5. Double click your NPC, at the 'Face Advanced', click 'Paste'. Now copied face will be applied to your NPC. You may need some tweak.6. Close all windows, save the plugin.
