Some mods won't load

At least 3 mods wont activate in the plugins list: Chrome Laser Weapons, Improved map with roads and Tron Boy. These are the ones i know about but for sure there are more textures that don't load properly. Here is the error i get when i try to reinstall tron boy(tracelog error):

those are retexture mods as far as I am aware. They won't appear in the plugins list.
