FaceGen Files and NPCs

I'm attempting to set up a few characters based upon a TV show, in anticipation of tieing them together in a quest, so I'd like to make them look like the actors who portrayed them. I already have 1 FaceGen file prepared, but after doing extensive searching I've been able to find out how I can use it to make an NPC look like the file.

 

I'd really appreciate any help on this as it would vastly improve my character.

Ah, I found out how with FO3Edit.
