Having Trouble with the Stability of Skyrim

Hi guys I have been having trouble with my mods as of late, I am used to CTD's and Freezes but it has been giving more trouble than usual.

I have changed my mod list over many times because of stability and general switching out mods for other better ones but I am at a point where I want to keep this mod list.

Ok on to the problem, My skyrim has major stability issues I can play for hours one moment but at times for a couple minutes or it doesn't even load the save. The problem usually occurs when I go into the main skyrim cell.

 

I know for a fact its not OSex, and I know that Immersive Beds and Dovahkiin Can Relax Too have had problems in the past but moving them to the bottom of the mod list fixed the issue.

I have use LOOT and Wyre Bash(Don't Know really how to to use) for sorting my mod list.
