It also really depends on how much of a newbie you are. If you can't error check things, npc overhauls can be frustrating. Like you need to realize something that flags npcs as protected (so they don't get offed in vampire attacks), will also conflict with a mod that gives them pretty hair. -- So you need to know what you have to work around.
