Pebbles need to be destroyed !

I am no a Rodin, nor I am a sculptor, nor a skilled modder. Nevertheless, I need to get rid of these pebbles, which are doing their job perfectly of making the outskirts of my settlement unbearably ugly looking. Here they are:

I know how the snowfields, snowdrifts should look like. No pebbles up on the surface.

As I am frustrated about what to edit: terrain, or separate rocks meshes - I haven't found them yet, so I hope to get some tips.

P.S. Oh, and any ideas on where can I find a bear head - a wall decoration piece? In wich folder? Could not find as well.

Find one of the textures for pure snow banks and stick one of them over it.

The rocks may be apart of the ground texture itself if you can't just click on them individually they most likely are.

Covering them with a snowbank is the kind of out of the box thinking a mod maker needs ...

Those annoying little rocks, believe it or not are actually attached to grass textures. There are a few mods which put in a blank texture to hide them:

And the second solution will also thin out your grass meshes a bit but also does the small rocks, look for the "Ruffled Feather" download under the Misc category

I am using TES Winter Edition at the moment. But these pebbles are present on the vanilla ground as well, as one can see in CK:

The problem is: I can not find an object to edit.

They are no statics. They seem to be part of a basic landscape. Textures? Nope. They are 3d objects, but not separate, rather sticked up to the ground.

 

TES Winter Edition covers vanilla landscape textures with it's snow banks (I checked them all), but these pebbles feel free to show up on the surface.

 

I may be wrong, but I suspect the clue is somewhere in this folder:

 

Data\meshes\terrain\tamriel

 

where the "BTR" files like "tamriel.4.0.0.btr" are contained. Anybody dared opening up and editing these files? They are not readable for me.

Yeah, rocky grass and grassy rocks, who could guess :wacko: The first link is the recepe. Though it provides only RockGrass01 blank substitute. I had to add

and it's fine. No pebbles in Skyrim!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
