Tina De Luca the Mute?

So I'm fully aware of the issues this character has had since launch, and I am using the Fallout 4 Unofficial Patch. Anyway, now that that's out of the way I was hoping that someone might have a solution to this little conundrum. I did the quest Dependency and afterward I was able to recruit De Luca without any issue. However, once she reached Sanctuary she just stopped talking. I can trade with her just fine, but she never says a word and it's kinda creepy/immersion breaking. So, does anyone know of a fix for this issue? I've scoured the internet, but I haven't found anything that might help with this. Everyone just has fixes for getting her to your settlement in the first place. :(

A few days ago I did her quest and the option to send her somewhere opened briefly then closed before I could use it. Now she will speak but only generic stuff about Bobby and so on.

As far as I'm aware, there is no fix with regards to getting her to talk once she becomes a settler. The only partial solution that I know of is this: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20226/?

It's not ideal because I believe it uses a different voice actress once she gets to your settlement. That could be an immersion breaker for some (even more than having her remain silent).

Personally, I've grown used to her silence. I've just assumed she's a sulky, sullen cow.
