[LE] Tutorial for archive.exe?

Here's what my data folder looks like now. I have managed to shrink the size of my game folder about 3 gigs, and that's without even repacking them. I know the game will run as loose files, but the main reason I want to repack them now just the way they are, is because of that pesky steam updater that loves to try and redownload everything. If I repack all these loose folders with the same name as vanilla then save a backup, I will never have to waste all this time compiling the highrestexture dlcs again, and steam won't know the difference.

When I'm done, this game will be just like vanilla without the high res textures, except, it will have the high rex textures. Even better, would be if I could could combine all the Skyrim - etc folders into one BSA, then change my ini to read just that one bsa. Not sure if it's worth the time, but compiling the textures into the bsas is.... so far.

Can't I upload a pic here?

Also, Steam will look at the time stamp for each file. If it is different it will download a new one for you so you can have the "correct, up-to-date" files. So I recommend you backup those new bsa files you are making.
