Lakeview Manor Issue

Having some SERIOUS issues with Lakeview Manor. I don't currently have any Lakeview Manor mods installed though(I don't think anyway), so I'm not sure what's doing it. I've tried deactivating all mods, but then Skyrim just says my save files are corrupt and refuses to load them. It's hard to explain exactly what's going on, and pics will show much better, so I've linked to some screenshots I've taken https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B8Hi7HLjcBO7RWQwS1dlYUJpeXc I've also attached my mods and their order from Loot. Anybody have any ideas?

after taking a look at your screen caps.............

 

they look exactly like when you use the [~} and tcl command

to fly around...

so your not-clipping anything and you see frames of houses

instead of the whole texture files.

 

strange that it's only happening with the lakeview...mod

 

perhaps you should reload a lake-view mod.[?]

 

they say not to load the lake-view extension mod

until you build the lake- view house

 

just some random thoughts to give you some idea's

I haven't actually installed the Lakeview mods yet, they're just sitting there in Nexus waiting for installation and activation. Right now, Lakeview SHOULD be completely 100% vanilla
