JonasBell
Apologies if this is the wrong forum. If it is, please let me know where to direct myself. I'm having two annoying issues with NMM and I'm not sure if they are related. The first is that the Download With Manager button just makes the spinny image appear and then nothing happens. I have checked and made sure NMM is associated with the correct file types. The second issue is that NMM can't seem to locate the special edition .ini file. Every time I load the manager it says there's no file and that I need to run special edition before downloading mods, but I have run SE several times since getting the manager. Any advice? Kroekr
Is NMM and SSE on the same hard drive? The answer should be yes.
JonasBell
Same hard drive and both under the Games folder. Though SSE is under the Steam folder in the Games folder while NMM is just in the Games folder.
Kroekr
Go to settings button and double check the paths are correct. NMM may have hiccuped at the wrong time due to a power surge or something else.
Moksha8088
I think the Nexus servers are overloaded and that accounts for error messages on downloads, posts not uploading to forums, etc....
JonasBell
The path it has for my skyrim special edition directory is C:\Games\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim Special Edition and that's the folder with a bunch of .ini files in it.
Kroekr
Re-Scan installed game paths (curved arrow button top right) and see if that fixes anything.
