Purr4me
IF you want ? I'll try to fix it for you, I'll scratch up all the assets it needs, I have it now in the close proximity you said about 188 ? 64bit compressed the hell out of it, I mean it's no bigger than an X marker ! seriously ! the only Other explanation is you modified / built this the same size as the Demo Blender block you deleted ? and it's tiny !! thing.Path. the parts are too big for it. "textures" and the game and GECK knows it too. I've been busy to day helping out or trying too any way with other users here and else where too. You might need to start over from scratch and choose the appropriate scale? Thtis engine may not accommodate the compression to well..I don't really know what you want to do, Me? I would start over and set correct scale.
Purr4me
I need a screen shot showing an exact placement for your house ?I am building an esp file so I can render it in the geck correctly.
ElfyPers0n
This is where I plan on placing it: http://i.imgur.com/ca33uwU.jpg I'm facing North from the 188, towards the railroad tracks.
ElfyPers0n
Also, here's a new nif with an adjusted scale to roughly what should fit the game. Edited December 31, 2016 by ElfyPers0n
Deleted1205226User
Comment about your nif n°2:You need to go to NiMaterialProprety and give the Alpha a value of 1.At present value is 0 which tell the game to render the mesh transparent. You'll need to add a BSXflags too for proper working, especially once the collision is set up. A good thing is to compare an object similar to which you are working on in NifSkope and the difference in settings.

Thanks! http://i.imgur.com/etO7OFl.jpg Now to fix those things Purr4me picked up on and get started on collision EDIT: This is what it looks like in place, if it helps: http://i.imgur.com/I4bCmDP.jpg The material for the chimney pipes needs some work for sure. Everything else seems fine for my tastes for now. I just need to get working on the stuff you can't see, like collision. EDIT #2: I suppose I should probably mention I'm using NMC textures, so my textures probably look different than yours. Purr4me
Something left behind in the outcome, you asked a question after I established the facts, My mistake not responding to it, the line as follows: So I should find 32 bit software to export it then? So, after pulling my face out of my keyboards surface from seeing that line...I did not want you to forget the issues cause..the compression cause / source. Yes, for 32bit programs and all software you must use the same type of software to edit data.32bit can not render compressed data from 64bit fat systems, even though this instance it was view-able and we could render it, the size was way under par. This comes from the facts we are using 64bit operating systems due to hardware requirements and other facts that force us down that road. The small size was a real shock to see. Learn from it. I bring this back up becasue Ijust had a 12 hour run in with this very same thing in private on steam with 3 Developers about an issue "they could not resolve" The fact was , they too were caught in the middle of the "fat" wars too.last post I asked there " are you people using 64bit programs on these games made in 32bit fat"? All answered yes. I then asked if there was 32bit versions available to them that do the same thing? The replies were where all the arguments came back into play..insistence that the 64bit programs can do the same thing. I threw it all back into their faces...they do NOT do the same things. You can not use 32bit programs and app's on 64bit files period. What makes you think you can do the reverse? A stupid comment was then forward to me " well all windows use (x86) 32bit conversions." I laughed so long and hard right then, My reply was this, their so called 64bit wonders were exporting and saved the data as64bit products becasue that's what it's for.4 hours later, one by one came back..Groveling to me. I said, thinks for wasting my time..get it together. I walked away. They did what I told them to do, got the correct versions of editing software's installed and all the problems stopped. Now, you might wonder why Microsoft never kept going in the partitions table wars, it was going to be 128 bit..but that never panned out. Imagine................. dubiousintent
Thank you for pointing that out. It is such an easy misconception to overlook. -Dubious-
