I only see the LOOKUP FAILED message at the bottom of the Exit Save. If I save a game using the regular save there is no indication of a LOOKUP error, but then if I go to quit and have to do an Exit Save, I get the LOOKUP FAILED Error. Any suggestions as to what is causing this? My ini files are correct and I have validated thru Steam, but the problem continues. The game has worked wonderfully for me, mods or no mods until these last few weeks when this LOOKUP FAILED error began popping up. I do have a cow standing on the roof of my house in Sanctuary Hills though, but I had this problem before.This really is a frustrating problem but I haven't found any fix that works!! chucksteel Posted December 30, 2016 Share Posted December 30, 2016 I have seen this myself on both XB1 and PC. I thought it was coming from Full Dialogue Interface because it only started after the last game update. I haven't spent much time to try to track down the issue yet though. I only have about 30 mods installed, Full Dialogue Interface would cause the "Look Up Fail" to appear in other menus when it needed an update so I assumed that was the issue.
