[LE] Looking for a tutorial on how to add structures via the hearthfire carpenter bench

Hello, I am still quite new to modding and have been taking some time to read up tutorials to get a feel for how the creation kit works and its capabilities. One thing I have not been able to find (that I hope is possible) is instructions on how you can add additional structures to the hearth fire drafting table or carpenter bench that is outside the player homes in that DLC.

Is that possible to do?

I have an idea for a mod where the player can build up a small village of sorts around their homestead. I would like it if the different structures available to build could be done through either of the benches.
