Yes I am shooting for a route you can take for either mission do it with force, or in a more peaceful manner. I like to give players a choice and not force them on any single direction. Got some good ideas coming for this, can't wait for creation kit so I can start adding to it.

and assasians from the thalmor whos target are several important people in the city (you included)

they could have unique armors and weapons

maybe you get the first asssian and when you kill him you find a note of who in town are gonna be killed and when. you must stop the killings but if you dont sucseed the town will lose morale or something like that

I love this idea and I have a few ideas if your up to it.

1. Regardless what path you take the Thalmor is attacking your religion so whatever the final battle is it has to be epic. a small band of warriors vs a large force. sprinkle in a little returning of Talos as a city lay in sige. maybe finding another Dova.

2. Having the city be underground and above ground would be spot on after all they live in a time of war. what would be better to defend.

3. As far as Ulfric, his stance on Talos always felt more political then anything. I think creating a retreat for real worship is easily justified.

4. The Stendarr faction has a hall in a vast field with nothing around... maybe giants but easily relocated. could be a spot to look at.

5. Just cause i wanted a fifth thingy

I dig the idea of this project and i would be happy to help

hmm how about the city hear about a man that is talos champion or talos decended?

Well all we hear about is champions. hes the youngest god. maybe a bit brash and wouldn't this war feel that much more justifiable for your side. But if you want a champion thats why I also suggested finding another dova.

I wouldn't touch this till I see what the DLC does, simply because this seems to be a major focus, and perhaps tiber septim himself is being provoked enough to show off some kind of divine power. As you all saw with Martin Septim, the gods favor the Septims... or at least Akatosh does.
