BlueGunk
Quick question to moderators: on occasion I've left a comment that asks a mod creator a question. I'm forever polite, respectful and constructive because I firmly believe in respect and I'm in awe of most modders anyway. On occasion, my comment or question just vanishes! It's as if it never happened. It's just happened to me again on a simple query (politely asked) about if I can safely ignore some scripts stacking in a game save. Can modders delete comments from us commenters? If that is true, it answers my question and I can go back to sleep. Thanks for any feedback. TheVampireDante
Short answer: Yes, some can. Long answer: Modders whose files pass a certain number of downloads are given the ability to remove (hide) comments on their upload pages. It's a measure that was put in place as it was felt amongst a few mod authors that they would like a bit more control over their pages, and to help ease the workload on staff by removing trivial and easily sorted matters. It sounds like the modder in question just doesn't wish to answer for whatever reason so has removed the question.

Shurah
Note also that your comment can disappear from the comment page if you answered to a comment which has been deleted.
