I am at my wits end.. yet again.. this problem has happened before...

And I thought it might be an issue with HDT and the skeleton... but i'll ask here..

maybe someone more knowledgable, can tell me why this is friggin happening.

And yes i do have Vsync on, that was one of the first things i thought was the problem..

Whenever i get on a horse, and go riding.. after a little be, my horse and I start getting bounced around skyrim like a pin ball machine...

I have had so many problems getting skyrim to work for 4 years.. i gotta start wondering if its even worth it anymore.. I haven't even frigging finished a storyline...

I would move your SkyUI higher in your load order, your animations and FNIS to the bottom of your load order, and your skeleton after that. If you aren't using XPMSE, I would suggest using it. It is likely one or more of your mods is requiring you to use it without mentioning it. Load order should look like:

FNIS

[Animation Mods]

Xp32 Maximum Skeleton Extended

[any mod LOOT sorts after]

That may fix your problems. Test this out on a new game.
