LastBestHopeofHumanity
I was wondering if it's possible to edit an existing NPC's face in the GECK, then save it as a player preset without actually modifying the NPC's face in game.

Mktavish
until it is your face ... it is an npc's face. So no you can't edit a face without changing some npc's face. There is a flag to mark it as PC preset.

Mktavish
Click the flag that says "Is CharGen Face Preset" Wouldn't that work ? Edited January 8, 2017 by Mktavish
Mktavish
I guess the point I am saying ... you have to first create an npc ... then you can mark it as charGen preset. And I mean make a new base-ID ... But sure you could go clicking all of the preset vanilla chars as a player preset ... maybe ...could cause problems ... better if you just make a new base-ID ... even if they have the same face.
