AMD 64 X2 DC processor 6400+(3.21GHz), 2gig dram, 7900gtx evga nvidia 512mb. Using Windows 7 Ultimate. Just trying to have better experience of enjoying the game. Yeah i know upgrade. Iv000 Posted January 8, 2012 Share Posted January 8, 2012 If you want to make the game more pretty, then sure go ahead.But installing a big amount of graphical enhancement mods will slow down your system.I recommend small texture mods. Rennn Posted January 9, 2012 Share Posted January 9, 2012 (edited) Running Gamebooster in the background could help. For me, it didn't seem to help at all. For my brother (tested with fraps), it gained 5 fps. It'll help most if your game is cpu limited or if you're running a lot in the background on your cpu. Also, install the Nvidia beta video card drivers from their site if you haven't. It's a pretty big performance boost. It was for me at least, since they're optimized for Skyrim.
