Good god, man...

 

To answer your question, I don't think what you're thinking of is possible. It could very well be hardcoded into the game. I'm sure that the guy who made MCM slaved over the keyboard for quite a long time just to get that up and running, and that was a new menu, not an overhaul of an existing menu. Not to mention I'm not sure that current saves would work with the new system in the way you have imagined it, even if it was possible to code.

 

I just don't think that's going to happen. You could always start a petition to have Bethesda patch it into the game (Though I'm mostly certain that it will only be in the Special Edition, as it wouldn't make a whole lot of sense from a business standpoint to also add it into the normal version), or at the very least to add it in Elder Scrolls 6.

that Modify the game. either way in the context of the question it didnt matter if it was literally a mod
