CBBE and ApachiiSkyHair not working

Hi guys,

 

I recently reinstalled Skyrim and tried to install a few mods (namely: CBBE, ApachiiSkyHair, Insects Begone, Race Menu, SKSE, ShowRaceMenu Precache Killer). All of those work fine with the exception of CBBE and Apachii. The bodies are exactly the same as before I installed the mods and the Apachii hair cuts appear as bald. The .esm from Apachii is enabled and right after the original .esm files of the game (vanilla, dawnguard etc.). I also deleted the line regarding archive invalidation.

 

Is there anything I'm missing to get these two to work (skeletons, skins..)?

Have you tried L00T? It'll probably fix this, 99% of skyrim errors are load order errors.

I thought load order is of no importance for body mods like CBBE since they don't even have an .esm?

Just tried LOOT, nothing changed.

 

I'll try to install Apachii manually next to see if the fault is with NMM

Ok, so I just installed Apachii manually and it works just fine. I'm going for CBBE's manual installation next.

 

UPDATE

 

CBBE runs perfectly after manual instruction. I tried to install a few more mods using NMM with mixed success (SkyUI worked; Fair Skin Complexion and No Spider Webs (both versions) didn't).

I don't know why NMM doesn't properly install them (especially since all of them worked just fine the last time I modded Skyrim). Guess I'll stick with manual installations for now
