Spear/harpoon gun

First off I do not know the first thing about making anything for this game, but I had an idea after looking at mods for the railway rifle. One of my favorite weapons due to the fact it pinned people or their body parts to the wall. Well, I was reminded of that harpoon gun from Crackdown and how I had a blast trying to pin people to anything. I'm not sure if this is possible to make a gun with similar properties, as well as the pinning capability, but it is an idea I had to throw out there having not already seen a suggestion for it.

I know this Post has been dead for a year but I would love to see a Harpoon gun because I'm very disappointed that nobody has made a mod that lets you fight underwater.

Well a Mod needs to be made because I don't want to swim all the way back to land just to kill a Mirelurk or Mirelurk King. Hopefully Fallout 4 will let the player fight underwater with certain weapons of course.

Even though this has been dead for quite sometime they had a harpoon in Fallout Tactics but also whoever makes the mod could more or less use a model of the railway rifle and underwater fighting would be cool
