SaintAnon
I also suspect that Winterhold is safe to mod (And i plan to do so) as the restoration of a city has never, to my knowledge, been explored in official DLC. Kavatch continued to burn for years, after all. The main reason for is that when Oblivion came out - DLC was a "new" concept. Horse armor anyone? If Oblivion had been released now, I'd bet dollars to donuts that rebuilding Kvatch would be on the list. I do think repopulating and restoring Helgen is also on the potential list but is just not big enough to be the ONLY thing for an expansion. Would be nice if they made it so there was multiple ways of restoring Helgen, like place a group of settlers outside town with there wagons and supplies. you can either help them resettle an rebuild Helgen by clearing out the Bandits, or you can help the Bandits by killing/enslaving the settlers and using there supplies to rebuild Helgen into the ultimate Bandit Town, kinda like Port Royal was for Pirates. Add a series of quest that lead up to you becoming Jarl or Bandit King and boom you got a sizable amount of content ready for DLC. brockway5
I think the Thalmor are going to offer a long time counterpoint to the Empire. As such, i don't see any major conflict or the destruction of the Thalmor being a DLC. I also suspect that Winterhold is safe to mod (And i plan to do so) as the restoration of a city has never, to my knowlege, been explored in official DLC. Kavatch continued to burn for years, after all. As for what we will probably get, we've already been told by Howard (Unreliable as he may be) that they want to expand gameplay capabilities as a primary goal, and content as a secondary. As such, i would say expect Spell Making, reforging equipment, maybe Dwemer engineering etc. I dont see the destruction of the Thalmor but i could see another war. I think they should rise more powerful then ever. Start taking over skyrim and bammm return of the dwarfs to help turn the tide. Then I take a nap Edited January 14, 2012 by brockway5
Drytor
The Blades have a much bigger role to play, I feel. You can literally do nothing with them at the end which is entirely wasted. If you look around in Karthspire as well there are loads of unused parts that they seem to have put in then just forgottten about. I hardly think they'll just leave them.At the peace summit - non civil war route - the Thalmor basically tell you they know who you are and they see the old Blades. Also - if you are a completionist or have completed the relevant quests - I think they're setting up pretty well for a repeat of the past with you essentially being Talos reborn. gsmanners
Most likely DLC: Windhelm Arena. Half the freaking code is already done if you noticed.
Korodic
you're summoned to a meeting of all the daedric princes in Oblivion to serve as their champion. There will be cake. Have you been talking to Skibblets? Cause this came up while he and i were talking about something totally unrelated. You mean Korodic ;) and my project still has the green light, I'm coding like a B0$$ now.
