OR you could replace the "Throw Voice" shout with swearing obscenities. Instead of...."Hey skeever bait." it's, "Hey...BAWWLS!!!" I'd say it is pretty funny once in a while to hear a random "BAWL LIKAR" shouted from some obscure direction. Fallout 3 had that one guy in Paradise Falls who, when you walked passed him, he randomly blurted out curse words at you in a hilarious, incoherent string.
