grandamle91
Is there a mod that stops lights that are inside a building light everything around it. https://goo.gl/photos/LDsFydJD3Ymot3DS6 https://goo.gl/photos/E2uyyWvcvXNFokWdA https://goo.gl/photos/1S6BHGciW7vttSKi7
Ethreon
None. It's an engine issue and it's been one ever since this engine was made most likely. I was hoping they'd fix the light bleeding.. but nope, still there.
Shaundi7
There are plenty of mods which fix this oversight. In addition to that, try "cl off" in the console to turn character lights off to remove the glow around characters and items.

steve40
The problem is that Bethesda has placed fake lights inside and outside the buildings, and the ones outside are often brighter even though the light source is meant to be inside. You could try my mod Enhanced Flickering Firelight v2, it might help a little, but it mainly tweaks certain fire light sources (fires, lanterns and barrels). Deleting fake lights is out of scope for that mod however.
Ethreon
But that will still not help, even if you chop down all those lights, the real ones will still bleed thru.
Thuggysmurf
You can go into Creation Kit and use light boxes via a linked reference between the light and the light box to stop the bleed, but that's not going to help with in-game settlement building.
