I am not the sharpest tool in the shed so take this with a grain of salt. Both the hands and the feet (custom body) should be of the same type (UNP, CBBE, 7B, etc. ) as the body to prevent/minimize gaps. I think there is a size difference between the UNP and 7B hands. So if you grabbed the wrong version that could be your problem.

Thanks for the suggestion. I just double-checked the file size to be sure there was no mistake. I've also seen this effect in another UNP bodiless mod. In addition, if the hand and body meshes were of different types, removing the clothing textures probably wouldn't have fixed the hand gap (at the cost of purple textures).
