Gota115 Posted January 7, 2017 Share Posted January 7, 2017 I don't know if this mod has already been made, but I couldn't find it. I want to be able to start out with NO SKILLS. When the Vault-Tec Rep turns up you give him your name, and that's it. You then have to build your character from there on.If it already exists I'd appreciate being pointed in the right direction.
