diamondialis Posted January 9, 2012 Share Posted January 9, 2012 Hello there^^ Some days before, i were in the Academy of Winterhold and fought against a Dremorial Warlord I've summoned before..He killed me somehow (Killmove ---> Cut head off), but I did not die (think because the Restoration-perk called second life or something like that).Now, I'm still without my head and it's really weird.Unlikely, my last savegame is already after this glitch or wahtever it is, so I can't restore. Does anyone know hot to fix this damn problem? Would be nice... If your character ever needs a makeover be sure to check out my Skyrim mod. Sorry, I couldn't help myself. I will take absolutely no offense if you choose not to as it was just a joke. Headless person+makeover just doesn't work together :laugh: . Have you tried the resurrect console on yourself yet? I think its still in Skyrim, and it may give your head back. This bug reminds me of GTA:SA where you get a second player to shoot your head of in 2-play mode. When you come back to life at the hospital you run around fountaining blood everywhere :tongue: . Result: Game crashed when I tried to resurrect myself >,< Oh, btw... It will be a sad life without a head, but changes will have to be made. Be very careful when eating food and diving underwater may not work so well anymore :laugh: . The only other thing I can think of would be to record all of your stats down on paper, use the show race menu command and than set the stats back after you change your character. maboru Posted January 10, 2012 Share Posted January 10, 2012 Looks like you didn't really lose your head, it's following behind and watching your back! Do the animations still work, talking, turning etc? I bet if you made a video and posted it to YouTube you'd have a hit. As no one ever seems to have come across this before (although I'll bet there are many out there right now trying to reproduce it!) you'll probably have to wait until the CK is released before you can get your head on straight. maboru Posted January 10, 2012 Share Posted January 10, 2012 You can try verifying your cache a couple of times (Steam doesn't always believe you after only one try), but I'd be surprised if that would work.
