how to install two enb

To get ENB running, you need to download the "wrapper" version of ENB for Skyrim from enbdev.com. Since Terachromatic is tuned for the latest build, 0.308, I'd use this version.

Extract the downloaded "wrapper" version (e.g. with 7Zip), but copy only d3d9.dll and enbhost.exe into your Skyrim directory (the one labeled just "Skyrim", not "Skyrim/Data"!).

Now install Tetrachromatic ENB as described on its page.

Then download NLA. Extract this file too. Copy only the "Natural Lighting and Atmospherics.esp" into your "Skyrim/Data" folder and activate it.

Installing ENBs almost always means that you have to do some copying "by hand"...

NLA is not compatible with tetra.

NLVA is.

too install just follow the instructions given on the tetra page.

Be aware tho that NLVA requires the textures and meshes from vivid weathers to look and work as intended. Delete the esp from vivid weathers.

I personally use tetra with vivid weathers in my own setup. + ELE + Relighting skyrim

If you are still unsure how to install enb..search youtube for some tuturials....there are lots. ENBs all install pretty much exactly the same way. Some just have more files than others.
