NMM not loading mods into game?

This is a quick troubleshooting question. For my skyrim the NMM has recently stopped loading Mods into the game while the game will still load through the NMM. I am new to the modding scheme, Aprox. 1.5 yrs. Also I only recently manually modded skyrim, though it was SSE. I would just like to know if I should just wait for a update, uninstall and reinstall or check more closely for mod conflict.

First thing i would do is make sure you have the following lines set like this in your skyrim.ini files

 

[Archive]

bInvalidateOlderFiles=0

sInvalidationFile=ArchiveInvalidation.txt

[Launcher]

bEnableFileSelection=1

should I add these in because none of them are there and the launcher category is not there.

Yes. launcher goes under prefs tho
