Giant Grey Lines Bug (Need serious help, can barley play)

Hey guys, so the problem is that i seem to have giant flickering grey lines on a lot of the npc's. As i get closer they seem to get much larger.

I have tried near enough everything from changing my graphics card to uninstalling mods and even clean the saves after every save.. to no avail.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Have you tried starting a new game after all you have done? Bug may be baked into your save now.

Yea, kind of a problem with that as well... it seems to be on all of my saves old and new. If i make a new character the problem continues. At this point i truly have no idea what is going on.

Did you clean your masters and make sure video driver up to date (grasping at straws here)?

Yea, sorry there are not any screenshots... couldn't figure out how to include them. My Masters are fine according to loot and like i said ive updated my drivers.

In LOOT, click on the 3 vertical dots and select copy Copy Load Order.

 

Come to forum and type [soiler] where soiler is really spoiler.

 

Hit 'control V' after dropping down to new line.

I am not an expert by any means but since it seems to be a video type problem, I would recommend starting a new game and disabling the suspect mods one at a time. I would start with Imaginator since it has so many controls.
