Jailor NPC problem

Hi, quick question, hopefully fairly easy to solve; My imperial city jailor NPC don't have the "Visit a prisoner" topic in his dialogue. Every other jailor seems to work fine; wrye bash and bashed patch installed etc, any advice on how to proceed to find out what's wrong?

When would this be a problem? All you gotta do is unlock the door yourself....

 

ANYWAY..... Did you try adding the option yourself? Copy it from another jailor and put it on the Imperial jailor.

Do you have any jail editing/ jail related mods that would edit that? We can't effectively diagnose if we don't know the potential problem causers friend!

Well, I don't. That's the problem. I thought it could be the Franscesco's Levelled Guards causing it, but have tried playing without it with no effect. Anyways, this is a small problem, I've gotten over it. Thanks for your willing to help though.

There is probably someone out there that knows exactly what the issue is, but my guess would be that it has to do with the Unofficial patch, OOO, or Franchesco's mods. Any time you introduce an "overhaul" (like those) you are actually introducing *jail related* material. That's kinda the point of an overhaul :)

I'm no modder, mate, but it's likely one of your Fran's. I run OOO and UOP (with some of the DLC UOPs as well) and don't have the issue with any of my guards.
