damanding
That wall of text was too much to read, but I skimmed some of it. My tip for merging plugins, use the Archive tool to extract all the files from the various mods you want to merge and dump them all into the standard Data folder structure. Unpack them all together. Once you've got all of them unpacked and in the correct structure, just use Archive tool again to re-pack them. Pack everything but textures into "YourMergedModName - Main.ba2", then pack the textures into "YourMergedModName - Textures.ba2".

damanding
I only bothered skimming the top couple paragraphs this time. As it happens I speed read significantly faster than the average person and my reading skills are in the top 1 percentile of the United States. I also think writing a huge wall of unnecessary text is just rude in a forum environment. It's clear you don't actually want help very badly but rather a place to pontificate so I'm out after this message. I didn't realize the Pope was into modding. I'm impressed. Bethesda Archive Extractor is a very nice tool for extracting fallout 4 archives. It has worked flawlessly for me. It has worked flawlessly for me. pon·tif·i·cateverb pänˈtifiˌkāt/ 1. express one's opinions in a way considered annoyingly pompous and dogmatic. "he was pontificating about art and history" synonyms: hold forth, expound, declaim, preach, lay down the law, sound off, dogmatize, sermonize, moralize, lecture; More I've used both Archive and BAE, I like both. :D
