Dragon Bridge area CTD

I know there's lots of posts about this, but none of them helped me with their suggestions.

 

This has started to happen only recently after I've installed ETaC with all the patches I needed, but even when I uninstalled it completely, it keeps happening and if it's not CTDing, it's massively lagging and stuttering untill it crashes eventually. I can't even fast travel out of the area without crashing. The reason I went there was only because of a quest (Old Wounds from Arissa the Wandering Rogue), otherwise I rarely visit it.

 

All other areas work fine as far as I know. I've tried the forsworn boots and prisoner clothes fix, loaded an older save before I installed ETaC and tried a new game, same thing happens.

I have had teh same issue its certainly etac becuase ive disabled it and it works fine i guess find a way for etac to not impliment any DB chnages
