Low FPS help

I get 60 fps inside build and 20 to 47 fps out outside anyway i can help boost my fps outside?

Your load order isn't quite right, run LOOT and apply the correct settings. Also, run MSI Afterburner or NZXT's CAM to see what your system performance is like when you're getting this bad performance in-game.

The Unofficial Patch should go right after the official DLC - then everything else. LOOT seems to be making that mistake lately, not really sure why. As for CAM the default keyboard shortcut is: SHIFT + T + O. It's kind of an odd keyboard shortcut, but that's how it works. You can rebind those keys to something else withing CAM's settings. Skyrim uses the T key for the wait menu, so if it's giving you trouble you could change it to something not used by Skyrim.

Try MSI Afterburner then. Sometimes CAM can be a bit weird with Skyrim specifically.
