Help : CTD (crash to desktop?) After Beth Logo

I played this skyrim before with no problems, but now every time i try to play it crashes after the Bethesda logo. I did LOOT to organize my load order, checked intagrity of the game, even did the new skyrim edit thing to see if anything was wrong and it ran through without any problems, but this is still happening, any ideas on how to fix this?

When you crash after bethesda logo means you are missing a master file in your mod load order. You only got 1 solution.

 

• Turn off all the mods. ALL of em no exceptions.
• Turn on the game, see if it gets to the menu screen. Good if you can, bad means you gotta deinstall and do a complete clean reinstall skyrim.
• Turn on a mod at a time and start skyrim.
• Repeat this process till you get a ctd after bethesda logo shows up.
• Terminate the mofo responsible with extreme prejudice.
• Profit.

So I found the mod after guessing what one it was, problem is it was a sound mod and even afte runinstalling the vanolla sounds arent queueing and even after verufying the game and even doing a vanilla fresh install the audio is syill f*#@ed up, what do i do?
