Razor444 Posted January 13, 2012 Posted January 13, 2012 I installed everything, but I do not know if it works, because I play with the FPS ie DXtory that tells me what go the FPS.I normally have when I play FPS 7 / 10 FPS, 30 FPS on the screen and saves loads of 19 FPS and installing this SkyBoost has stayed the same nothing has changed. How can I see if it's working?
Razor444 Posted January 13, 2012 Author Posted January 13, 2012 Yes I have the files inside the folder "Skyrim" and when I play I used before "skse_loader" but since I have the game with the birth SkyBoost TESV.exe.
OminousVoice Posted January 13, 2012 Posted January 13, 2012 SkyBoost uses components from ScriptDragon. Try installing ScriptDragon first, then reinstalling SkyBoost and see if that has an effect.
Razor444 Posted January 13, 2012 Author Posted January 13, 2012 But I have to disable nexus with the mod manager Tes acceleration?
maboru Posted January 13, 2012 Posted January 13, 2012 Use either Skyboost or the acceleration layer, not both. However SKSE itself and Script Dragon are supposed to be able to coexist okay.
neunen Posted January 13, 2012 Posted January 13, 2012 forgive me if i'm wrong, but i think that Skyboost comes with the necessary scriptdragon file (dinput8.dll) so if that and the .asi file are loaded into your game directory it should be running. as per the skyboost readme you should get rid of the tesv acceleration dll if you're running skyboost. (i just changed the name of mine in case i want to try it again) but for me unfortunately neither the tes acceleration or skyboost gave me much of a noticeable change. i think skyboost gave me only +1 fps. so it won't help on all systems.
