bookout8
Started Special edition (Steam) play some time ago but had to reinstall when computer had to be cleaned. Game works by NMM does not install mods in play. Reinstalled NMM and all mods (16) activated in NMM (version 0.61.6). Checked all plug ins and did Wyre Bash (no issues). BUT ,BUT when I play, the mods do not load. On launch of a save, gives warning: "This save relies on content no longer present. Some objects no longer available. " Then it lists 9 of the 16 mods. All saves say same.Have reinstalled NMM twice and reloaded all mods on NMM with no correction. Install log attached. Need help to solve this disconnect.
bookout8
I found the problem and solved. Leaving solution here in case others find same or similar problems. Initially, I lost directory access to SE on my computer due to virus cleansing and had to reload SE through Steam. Steam put in a new set of SE program files outside of Program Files (x86) location (old site) at my request. Then when I downloaded Nexus again, it found the SE copy not in PF(x86) and then directed all mod applications to this file location. However, when Stream launched the game, it went back to the PF(x86) location. So the mods did not appear in the game. The solution: copied all Steam Special Edition files (Data, Mods, Skyrim, loose files etc) into the PF(x86) location and redirected NMM to put mods in future in the PF(x86) location. Problem: multiple copies of SE on computer.
kestrelhawk
I wish this fix would work for me, NMM isn't loading my esp files. Re-directed the downloads to go to Prgram Files (x86), but it didn't help. So far, no ideas have worked. Manual install isn't working for most mods either, unless they are strictly a bsa + esp. Oh well, glad you got it working.
